The fix
The plugin adds the image in three different ways, to be compatible with as many feed readers as possible.
Nothing visible changes
It does not change your site’s design: it only adds this data to the feed’s XML.
Installing it takes a minute
- 1 Download the plugin and upload it in your WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- 2 Activate it. No setup needed: it starts working on its own as soon as you turn it on.
- 3 Go to Tools → Snurkel to check that your feed already includes images.
Free and open source. Works on any WordPress site, whether or not Snurkel reads your feed.
